Level IV: Developing a Satisfying Practice
Location: Amsterdam
Date and Time: December, 11, 12 and 19th 2021, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Faculty: Jessie Kuipers, Trager Instructor, www.jessiekuipers.com.
Language: Dutch or English
Notes: Guided by the questions you bring, we’ll review and/or inspire growth in four areas of Trager practice: Attitude and Communication, Mentastics, Table work, and Professional Conduct. Time will be spent developing both honesty and compassion in self-assessment through receiving and giving focused sessions, and through speaking and writing about the work. You’ll work individually and in small groups to address issues that have come up for you in your practice, and support you in making your practice more effective, joyful and rewarding. You’ll find ways of letting go of old habits and embedding new ones, especially in relation to body use, client relationships and professional outreach.
The phrase ‘Building a more satisfying practice” can be understood in the context of Milton’s recommendation that our success and satisfaction in the work is entirely dependent on our self-development. When we practice each day for our own self-development, then self-development builds our professional Practice organically.
Tuition 460 Euro Prerequisite includes completion of Level 3 training and fieldwork, and Certification as a Trager® Practitioner, or permission of Instructor
