We invite you to engage in a deeper relationship with yourself as a celebration of life! Designed for committed students and aspiring practitioners seeking to enhance and refine their abilities. Trager Approach 6 Day Level 1 Training provides a solid foundation in the practice, methodologies, history, current science, and imagery to educate your clients. From these six days, you’ll be equipped to give an entire Trager table and movement session.
Reasons for Doing a Level 1 Training
Getting Grounded in the Trager Psycho-Physical Approach carries many aspects of your life. Both personally and professionally. Level 1 Training is the first part of becoming certified with a tangible credential.
Our students are at all levels, and there is no judgment. Some people can be more at home in their bodies or have more years in the healing arts field than others, but all will learn and deepen their application. There’s a qualitative enhancement when you combine the Trager Approach with your current modality.
You will broaden your understanding beyond physical effectiveness and learn to access the wholeness of each of us in a new way.
Do you know how the unconscious influences movement patterns? You will learn to reset the nervous system unhooking it from dysfunctional movement patterning. You’ll learn how to initiate gentle, rhythmic whole-body movement. You’ll apply mindful bouncing, elongating, sculpting, and a variety of playful movements while holding a calming and pleasurable atmosphere. This training program will allow you to understand the broader context of mind/body congruency. Relating and communicating will deepen and feel easier, which may provide some applicability to other parts of your life.

LEVEL 1 INSTRUCTOR FAWN CHRISTIANSON:
Fawn Christianson developed her mastery through a discipline of meditation and a 14-year apprentice with Dr. Trager. She had a private practice for 28 years in Silicon Valley. Immersed in advanced trainings she applies integrative healing modalities to her clients. Each client would gain the trust of their “healer within.”
As a trainer, she became known as the Coach for the Coaches. Her program, Power and Grace Coaching, empowers a growth mindset into mastery levels of right action and healing.
Her clients share, “I have never experienced the depth of work on levels I didn’t know could be accessed and integrated. Working with Fawn has up-leveled the quality of my life and those of my clients.”
When Fawn isn’t actively leading transformational breakthroughs, you’ll find her hiking the trails of Coastal California, kayaking in the bay’s water, writing her poetry, laughing with and loving her life partner, creating gourmet nutrition, and nurturing her garden.
