NOTES: This level is including bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This course teaches the Trager level 2. Students are introduced to a bigger range of feeling of “hook-up,” the giving and receiving of feedback. Self-assessment skills are practiced and awareness of the use of one's own body in work and Mentastics.

Requirement :

• coming of age.

• Level one including feeldwork and tutorials.

  Please note : This 6 day course is held in two weekends.
