Training Dates: Sunday April 7 - Tuesday April 9 and Thursday April 11- Saturday April 13 ( 6 days of training with one integration day off in the middle )

Notes: The standard Level 1 content is presented by grouping the principles used together. All movements of one style are taught throughout the body. Emphasis is given to the ‘mental’ aspects of Trager as well as self-care.
